I help wholeness seekers create a sustainable self-care practice that supports natural healing mechanisms so you can feel at home in your body and in the world without the frustration of mainstream self-care.

Learn how to regulate your emotions and nervous system so that your body and brain can function the way they are intended to in spite of the non-stop information overload of the modern world that inhibits the body’s natural healing & balancing mechanisms.

Do more sustainable self-healing self-care aligned with your fundamental needs and less of that next trend self-care that leaves you feeling overextended, depleted or excluded.

My dream is to empower you and other wholeness-seeking women with the tools that help you heal from the inside out…Which is something that must be accessible to everyone in a world that creates issues and symptoms from the outside in.

WholeCare teaches you how to influence from
the inside out so that you can restore comfort and recover from feelings, sensations, and issues
caused from the outside in.

When it comes to tending to your needs, self-care, and healing...Here’s what I want you to know:

  • You have just as much influence as you are influenced.
  • Supporting your nervous system has a ripple effect on the way your entire body functions and the way you feel & show up in the world.
  • Being able to identify your needs relies entirely on the regulation of your nervous system.
  • When you know what you need, you know how to navigate your body, relationships, and world more comfortably and effectively.
  • Prioritizing self-care is necessary in order to tend to your needs.
  • Self-care needs are unique to each individual, and sometimes self-care looks like rest or not doing more things.
  • The right type of self-care can improve your health, memory, relationships, and more
  • Regular practice is easier to develop and maintain with the support and accountability of a community.

 I believe that a wholeness approach to self-care can change your relationship with your body, the world, and how you show up in both. And wholeness refers not only to the whole you, but also to our communities and support systems. 

 WholeCare is more than just self-care, I envision it as a ripple effect of self-care that facilitates the reconnection with our innate ability to influence change from the inside out...a movement that has the potential to shift our humanity at both individual and collective levels.

 

 Toxic capitalist culture tells you to do it all and do it yourself...but healing and growth have better outcomes with the support of a community. I help people feel and live their lives more comfortably and consciously, without having to struggle.

Struggling to identify, learn, and practice self-care can lead to frustration, disconnection/dissociation, fractured self-care practices, and even exacerbating the very pain/issue/symptom you want to fix with the application of self-care.

 WholeCare offers training and a community of support & guidance to help you begin and maintain a struggle-free self-care practice that suits your needs and schedule. 

The WholeCare Foundations course will teach you why self-care is so important & why it can be so frustrating so you gain a deeper sense of your current needs & how best to meet them, and other things like:

  • The physiology of frustration, failure, and forgetfulness within self-care practices so you can blame the real villain instead of yourself when things get off-track.
  • How nervous system regulation impacts your body’s functionality and natural healing mechanisms so you can get excited about navigating your human experience!
  • A super quick technique for processing and recovering from emotions so you don’t hold them within the body or get derailed by those intense emotional patterns.
  • A technique to balance your brains (all three...wait, WHAT?!) which restores optimal communication between your nervous system, protector systems, and processing systems so everything just functions better overall.
  • A nervous system regulation technique with long- and short-term benefits so you can triage your triggers and intense reactions in the moment while retraining your nervous system to function well within our busy, modern world over time.
  • The simplest method for implementing a quick daily self-care practice so you don’t have to try to figure it out.

I believe that a wholeness approach to self-care can change your relationship with your body, the world, and how you show up in both. And wholeness refers not only to the whole you, but also to our communities and support systems. 

 I envision WholeCare as a ripple effect of self-care that facilitates the reconnection with our innate ability to influence change from the inside out...a movement that has the potential to shift our humanity at both individual and collective levels.

 I invite you to be part of the movement, or at the very least learn how to tend to your individual needs in a way that helps you feel and function in greater alignment with what you desire: feeling less discomfort, faster recovery from feelings and sensations, better sleep, emotions not wreaking havoc on your daily life, and a sense of calm. And do so within a community so feel supported in a way that is sustainable, not frustrating.
